A customer has 24 hours from receipt of sale to cancel a mattress order. 

All Mattresses and Toppers are not returnable 

If in the event a mattress or Topper are cancelled while in production the customer is still responsible for 100% of the total cost of the mattress.

Once an item is put into ‘rush’ mode the customer is responsible for 100% of the total cost plus the additional $100.00 cost for the rush.

If a customer refuses delivery of an ordered mattress (other than due to damage), the customer will be charged the full amount for the mattress plus delivery costs both ways.

With the exception of Mattresses and Toppers which are not returnable, all unopened packages can be returned for credit only.  All returns must be unused and unopened in its original packaging within 15 days.  Any returns received after 15 days or with the packaging opened will be returned to the customer at their expense.


In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged it is necessary to report this to us immediately upon receipt so that we can notify the shipper for a replacement.


Items cannot be returned due to allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you are concerned that you may have a sensitivity to any of the materials in our products, we would be happy to send a sample for you to try out prior to making a purchase
