This mattress protector is soft and absorbant with a very reasonable price. It is available in Waterproof and Non-Waterproof depending on your needs. For waterproofing, a thin layer of polyethelene is added to the natural cotton. Unlike Polyurethane, Polyethelene has no unhealthy off-gassing.
